Biography
Paul George is a microbial ecologist. His research interests lie in the field of microbial ecology in general, bioaerosols, microbial responses to environmental change and impacts on human health. His research aims to link the biodiversity of bioaerosols with environmental processes, including microbial biogeography and their responses to human activities, in order to better document risks to human health. He is working on questions concerning the presence and spread of antimicrobial resistance (genes and organisms) in the environment.
